It was a typical afternoon at 'The restaurant'. I navigated the din of noise and made my way to my former Boss's office, it was so unbelievable that I worked here. The place looked smaller, noisier than before. I stopped at a table to greet some diners who recognized me. I could see a lot of tables without food on them and complains were being voiced out, obviously, my replacement wasn't as fast as I was. When I still worked here, I had the efficiency of three people put together. I learnt to use both hands to do different things at the same time and of course cook tasty meals that made people come back for more. Suddenly I was angry. I had given this place two good years of my life. Worked like a maniac, introduced new and very tasty dishes and made sure every customer was satisfied. S
