My lips were bleeding from where I had bitten deep into it. I was trying not to cry."Hello?" Sebastian's voice came on strong again.
"Hello," I squeaked hoping to hide the tremors in my voice "Sorry, I wanted to call Emily".
"What is wrong with you?" Sebastian asked. I could feel the concern in his voice.
"N-nothing" I stuttered, my cracked voice was a giveaway that something was wrong.
"Amy," Sebastian called out patiently. Gone was the steel in his voice from when he had first picked the call.
"You can tell me what the problem is, please" he prodded gently.
"She died, Sebastian" I sobbed loudly "She died and left me and then my mom tells me on the same day that she loves me. Do you know how long I have waited for her to as much as smile at me".
"Amy, calm down" Sebastian soothed
