CHAPTER 23 – Do you feel it?
Radur’s POV
My heart shattered into thousand pieces when she accused me of the maid’s murder. I could listen to anyone’s threats and accusations, but my heart was not prepared to listen to her painful words that stabbed my heart directly. Fortunately, I arrived at the room on time, otherwise, she planned to escape from me and was about to jump out from the window. Does she hate me this much? Does she disgust me this much that she would rather jump out the window without thinking about her own life? If anything happened to her I wouldn’t be able to live. What would I tell her mother? What about the promise I gave to her father during his last breath? She was going to make a mistake that would make me suffer until my last breath.
I lunged at her and hugged her
