Chapter 18 - Present
The cafe had everyday movement to a small town without a rush time. Kristian occupied one of the tables in the corner with his laptop opened while he ended up of review an email he had forgotten to send to a client.
He was so focused he didn't hear the bell over the door ringing, which means that a new customer came in the store or left... He didn't even notice that the stars now dominated the sky with the Moon.
So..., wasn't weird he just noticed her presence when he finished sending his email, she was sitting before him and was quietly drinking her coffee...
