This story contains Historical depictions that may upset or trigger a lot of people . Viewer discretion is advised . In-depth description ,which may be boring to some readers but the essence is to educate and inform those that would like to get educated on. Not a werewolf story. Editing a few parts here and there , please bear with me . Uprising Yap that's my cheesy name. Like a revolution waiting to happen . Seems like it will rain today, pregnant clouds gathered across the sky cold humidity filled air. The breeze was very chill. Most likely my last view of freedom. I don't really care about what happens next. Betrayed by a man I thought loved me .Well what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I didn't carry an umbrella my bad, why do I need it anyway? " Miss Woods " My name was called. Drawing me to reality. The judge gave me a reprimand glare . " rise up for your sentencing" I stood up. He said a very long lame speech making me get super bored . " Just get to the point " I said. Another scolding stare. It's not like I care , seeing all this faces makes me sick. " I find you guilty and sentence you to life " That was the only part I need to hear he can keep his dry insults of wishing I stayed in jail and whatever he said after wards to himself. I could careless what a mere judge thought of me .He doesn't know me or what I have been through .The worst of the worst. He thinks he can remark his sentiments on me? Whatever dude ! I was handcuffed and led away . The press was having a field day making me famous already I was the headline on news channels . I was a star. I committed a hideous crime but do I really regret what I did , No. Am I ashamed of it ?... No. I already went through the first stage. Which is arrest. When arrested, a person is taken into custody by the police or other law enforcement. He/she is then taken to jail to undergo the booking process, which includes getting fingerprinted and photographed. No determination of guilt is made at this point since the case is pending. Evidence is forwarded to the district attorney (DA or prosecutor) who will decide whether there is sufficient evidence to present the case to a judge or jury. After booking, a judge or court commissioner determines if the person is released or detained. There are 3 options: The person may be “Released on Recognizance” (ROR) The person may be released on bond (also called bail), which is money paid to the court to ensure the person returns for a future court date The person may be detained in jail. I bailed myself out so I didn’t get the taste of a cell . No I am too pretty for that. I was aware of how the system works . There is another type of minimum mandatory sentence known as a rule 3.992 point-based mandatory sentence. This means that when a defendant shows up in court and is charged with multiple felony offenses, the most serious of the charges is listed as the primary offense, and points are assessed based upon the offense severity ranking level of that charge. There are ten offense severity ranking levels. The higher the ranking level, the more points, and the more points, the greater likelihood of an incarcerate sentence at the end of the trial. The magic number for the court is 44. Anything about 44 points must be a state prison sentence. Anything below 44 points but above 22 points may be a state prison sentence, depending on the case. Anything below 22 points is not a state prison sentence unless the court proves a legal ground for what is known as aggravation. And what were my points, yes 45 I even beat the magic number . Like I said I committed the most hideous crime . The grand Jury had to go for psychological counseling and therapy before and after viewing a few videos of evidence. Am glad they enjoyed the show . The story of the corpse bride starring I, Uprising Woods , the girl will the nasty attitude ( that's what they named me ) I missed to hear the part which stated which prison I would be put in. The vehicle was heavily tinted with wire mesh hard to see anything outside. After a few minutes later well a long drive later the doors opened . " out " barked the officer. I got out. Chained on my legs and hands and alone like a slave. A slave indeed... Too bad no one wanted to accompany me in the van ,sit beside me or comfort me .I was basically alone . I could feel the stares but I couldn't see them , the surrounding was just concrete. I was escorted to the search room. Something seems off. I see a lot of men . I looked at one of the officers badge . Then I see it " Texas State Men's Maximum security correctional facility" Tha f**k! Why did they throw me into a men's prison ! What kind of mistake is this . " Sir I think am in the wrong place " I said . " no you are in the right place " He replied . He led me into the search room , he shut the door behind him. There has to be some kind of a mistake. What am I doing here? Who authorized it? Since when did women get thrown into a males facility? Nothing against trans women but I am not a transgender, I am a biological woman , why am I in a men's facility? Prisoners are required to strip and be searched by officers of the same s*x to ensure they are not concealing anything. Don't tell me .... Talk of the devil... The door sprung open. Two male officers marched in . They looked at me greedily. They were not of the same s*x as I ,just a bunch of grown ass men. "take off your clothes and turn around" " you will not touch me" "want to see me try" His friend tased me, I collapsed on the ground. They took off my clothes and began to touch me everywhere even places they shouldn't touch . They were triggering me , all those painful memories flooded in . They stopped their ridiculous search laughing like hyenas. " you are going to love your new home" That stupid judge intentionally put me here, bloody bastard. I will deal with this two ,his colleague came back with a white shirt, dark blue pajama like pants and sneakers . I wore them angrily. They did fit my petite body . The second part. The prisoner’s belongings are given to reception staff who will sort out what items are permitted in the prison. All other belongings will be stored until their release. The prisoner is issued with a list of clothing entitlements. At this point the prisoner will sort out which clothes they wish to/are allowed to wear. Prisoners cannot keep cash with them while they are in prison. The prison keeps money on their behalf in a private cash account. Relatives or friends of the prisoner can send or hand money into these accounts. There is a set amount of money that a prisoner is allowed to spend on a weekly basis, this amount is set by the prison. I only have a purple beanie with a pink cute puffy tip at the top. It was allowed ... surprisingly . I had money in my account no worries about that part. The third stage . I was issued with a prison number and given a release date which is never , but those that are lucky to leave get to see their release date (Earliest Date of Release, or EDL) and the qualifying date of possible release on an electronic tag, if applicable – this is called Home Detention Curfew (HDC). I was then required to have a photograph and fingerprints taken for prison records. There I will be given a pin number for making phone calls and information on how I can do this. I was also asked to complete a list of whom I will be calling, and this list will be checked by the prison. I had no one to call . Basically I was on my own. " are you gay?" he asked. "Am I gay?" " yes are you gay?" " I like sausages ,does that make me gay?" "you are being super aggressive, " What is wrong with this man ? " gay it is " I didn't know a woman that likes men is called gay this days . Wonderful! " are you in any gang?" " nope " " do you have any addiction? " " blood " He took off his glasses. " I will call security because you are being too aggressive to me " He barked from his glass window . They always have to be so dramatic trying to get you to fight them so they can have a good excuse for killing you... but not today Satan.. not today. " I am sorry about that" " good" " do you have any mental issues ? " " nope " ". aggressive, high tempered with a nasty attitude. So rude and openly gay" he clearly emphasized on gay with so much spite. I wouldn't be surprised if he was an homophobe behind and desk . What the hell is wrong with this man for real I feel like this prison very much hired a crazy man to inspect normal people. How am I openly gay? I am a woman thrown into a men's prison facility? Why are this morons blind to see that? But no worries , I don't forget faces. I did notice out of everything he didn't ask if I was a transgender . Which means he knows I am a biological woman but is playing dumbo the bimbo with me . " go to the next room and wait". The room was a medical examination room .It was locked . One blond haired officer eyed me. "you are assigned to cell block 8 number 3312" He gave me a black trash bag and a bread thin mattress . Well this is now how my life is going to be like . Am lucky the inmates were at the yard and not in their cells . I got to my cell. Two beds one on the left the other on the right. The shelve had neatly arranged books , mainly philosophical books .I would be damned to read such . The room was very neat, the bed spread neatly and the toilet clean you could eat in it. I unpacked I will need a bag to store my belongings. The manly scent was all over the place . In my head I knew I was going to a females prison a men's prison was out of question so how comes no one seems concerned I am here ? No one is questioning anything infact the seem normal about it . I had to take a shower then get something to eat . I took off my clothes and made way to the communal bathroom . In my mind all I could think of is ...they made a very big mistake having me here .
