"You really did not do anything?"
Lilly stared sharply at the maid.
The maid's face immediately darkened.
"Miss, you're accusing me of setting you up just because I splashed some wine on you. Are you bullying us people with no status?"
Lilly looked at her and said lightly, "I'm just asking, but I didn't accuse you of anything. Why are you getting so worked up?" As she spoke, she looked up at the corners of the room and continued,
"There should be security cameras in a wealthy family such as the Morris family, right? Since that's the case, why don't we check the CCTV footage to see when and where I stole the necklace?"
Lilly's final gaze fell on Laura. The coldness in her eyes made Laura tremble.
However, she became confident again when she thought of her carefully laid out plan.
