The next day, Amara’s group traveled early. Amara and Damien are walking behind the group and every step they take was filled with caution. As they continued to move forward, the fog started to crawl around the forest.
“Stop.” Damien said making everyone stop moving.
The fog got thicker that they can no longer see the way. None of them moved an inch as they silently observe and watches out for any slight movement.
“Everyone, stay together.” Amara said in a low voice but was loud enough for everyone to hear. Upon hearing Amara’s voice, they all started to take a step back to stay close together.
Amara reaches out for Rosella to pull her close whilst Rosella reaches out for Barbara. Wilson and Richmond stayed closer to Damien and together they walked through the thick fog.
