"Cops?" Ezra asked, wondering if she had heard Trevor right. He nodded, looking just as confused as her. "They are here for you, right? This was your plan all along, right?"
"What? What are you saying?" Trevor looked back at Ezra in shock, trying to figure out why she was turning all of it back to him.
"I knew something like this would happen yet I decided to come with you. I'm so stupid!" She complained, panicking. Sirens were wailing outside the apartment building and Ezra could see several cops running into the building from all sides.
