"Alright! I don’t think I have anything to ask you after looking at your file. You are fresher, have no work experience and no any expertise. You have nothing that I could hire you as employee here." He started speaking with smirk on his face.

      Even though his voice was dramatically calm I can see the massive hatred through it. His face might be charming but it was full of disgust. His each and every word is insulting me now. Why didn’t he let me go? I don’t know why he had called me here? By the way he was criticizing me, I can see I have no place in this company but I can’t let him see down to me. I rolled my tongue into my mouth and decided to answer him back.

"Even though I have no expertise, I have creativity. I said with little confident. “You can see I did well in the workshop held by one of your company collaboration." I would not say confident but my self esteem rose up high when I noticed he was looking at me lowly. I showed some other certificates to him.

        He literally laughed while looking around him when I said that. It felt like I told him a creepily funny joke. He raised his eyebrow with arrogant face and pulled his chair ahead to the table.

"Oh...So you are comparing the millions worth projects of Collins group with your mere workshop?” He smashed his hand on the table and stared into my eyes. “Do you take this company a kind of joke?”

My eyes widened when I saw him so aggressive. What does make him so aggressive? I was staring him with narrow eyes. Looking at his frustrated expression I guess that he must be overly possessive about his company. Before I could say anything, he again started blabbering me.

“Can you see that woman working on that desk?" He pointed out of that glassy window. His long fingers were just ahead of me. I turned back to see a woman in spectacles was working with focused her eyes into the computer screen. She was looking quite passionate in her work but little pressurized.

"Hmm." I nodded my head.

"She has joined this company after studying and working six years in US. What you have if I want to replace her by you? Except from your shining face and skinny body?" He taunted me again. “I don’t think you can work like her.”

I understood he have just called me to insult me and nothing else. He might be taking out his frustration on me. I thought I should get back rather than getting insulted by him. I started taking my purse back from the table.

"I…I apologies. I don’t want to replace anyone. Please give those documents back." I kept my hand on the table and almost stood up. “I promise I would never step in this building again. Sorry that I have wasted your time.”

He became glad that finally I accepted my fault and apologies to him but it was out of frustration not out of guilt. He smirked and picked that file to give it back to me. He just kept that file ahead of him; suddenly his manager came inside and started rushing in the cabin. I saw he was quite worried that he didn’t even knocked before coming. Adrian took that file back and stared at his manager with flinty eyes.

"What has happened? Why are you hurrying?" Adrian was shockingly surprised. “Do you have something?”

"Julie has pissed off so much and held a media conference by evening. I guess she must be going to introduce her boyfriend to the world. We are in real trouble." His manager spoke in a single breath. Adrian became extremely stressed and immediately held his forehead. His evil face was turned worried within a second. He just nodded his head helplessly.

I was not able to go back as my documents were still in his hands. I waited their matter to be over so that I can get back from this f*****g company.

      They went in the corner and started discussing something while looking at me. I was surprised to see when I saw Adrian Collins was looking at me with his tapering eyes and again saying something to his manager. It looked like Adrian got some real trouble but why they were looking at me. That manager pointing at me and saying something in extreme slow voice that even I tried to hear it, I won’t able to.

In a short while they both came at me. Adrian was keeping his hands into his pocket. His gesture has not changed even a bit. He was still looking at me with arrogance. His aggressive face has not change even he was in some problem.

"Miss Margaret, we will be ready to hire you as employee in our company. If you help us..." I saw manager started saying about giving me a job. But after such embarrassment and insult I don’t think I could work with them. I know these people are quite selfish. They will use me and then throw me out like any kind of insect. Looking at this man, I would never work with him ever. I interrupted him before he could complete.

"No thanks, I don’t think I can join this company. The people over here are not less than sharks.” I snatched my documents from Adrian's hand and started coming out of the cabin. “I would better search another job that would hire a person like me."

 I was hurrying and my step was quite faster. The cabin was huge so I was not able to leave it even after four steps. Again a colder voice came from behind and my steps almost paused for a moment.

"Miss Margaret, if you think you will get any other job then you are mistaken. No company will be ready to hire you once you left Collins building." It was a tough warning from Adrian Collins. The atmosphere of that cabin became stupidly horrible.

“What do you mean by that?” I turned back and asked him while narrowing my eyes. My face became serious. “There are hundreds of better companies than Collins international.”

I said this and his eyes turned darker. I understood that he loves his group so much so I intentionally hurt his soft point. He wrapped his hands around and knitted his eyebrows in the middle.

“If you are so curious, why don’t you try once?” He smirked with loop side smile and said to me. I was standing like any statue in front of him. I pressed my lips in anger and wanted to tell him do whatever you want. I almost came forward to reply him with the same manner.

I took few steps and suddenly a message appeared with the last date of my installment. Tomorrow was the last date to pay the installment of our house otherwise we would be kicked out. I swallowed my saliva inside my throat.

“Miss Margaret, didn’t you need this job too? We are just asking some help. You will only help us to save the reputation of Collins International. Please consider it at least once.” Manager said politely with some requesting tone. It looked like I can help them in getting out of problem otherwise why this jerk would be ready to hire me if he hated me this much.

I turned my head down and saw the amount of installment. Eight thousand dollars per month, we still have due of two months. They are ready to hire me. I just need to help him and I can get this job. If I keep my ego aside and consider this is worth deal. If I helped them to save the reputation of their company, I think it’s far better than previous way. Anyway I would not get such job again and pissing him would only make me beg for jobs in other companies.

I took deep breath and looked at the manager.

“I am ready for it.” I said with serious face. Manager smiled when he heard that. Adrian smirked after listening it.
