Anabel was completely disturbed, not by Dylan's anger but of the thought of losing Delvin. There was a knock on the door, because she was so engrossed in her thoughts she didn't seem to notice John walk in. "Earth to Anabel" he said as he waved at her, she seemed to not have noticed him again untill he knocked on her table, she snapped back, " how long have you been here? "Not Long, what's wrong with you? he asked with concern, "Nothing, just thinking" she reluctantly replied. Sharing her problems was something she never did, all her life she had always kept what she felt to herself. "You know, I have a perfect way to keep you away from your thoughts" he winked at her and sat down, "let's go clubbing" he added. "I don't think I need that right now, but maybe next time I will take your offer" she said. She couldn't bear to go partying at a time like this, maybe the world had given her an opportunity but she missed it, was this a sign that it was time to take her revenge, she sat quietly ignoring John. John who had been ignored for quite a long time for the day left unhappily, he had hoped to hang out with friends but that had turned out to be futile. Late in the evening, Anabel walked out of her office after thinking a lot through, walking past the receptionist counter, she halted, "Maybe Delvin had given a little bit information when he came by today" she thought. Under the counter were stack of files, she picked up the days visitor's list, scanning through it, her eyes lit up when she saw Mr Delvin, "There you are, you devil". "What are you doing?" Dylan asked. After going through a lot in her life, she had learnt not to be scared easily, she raised her head slowly "Mr Dylan, I was going through the list". He tilted his head and looked her "Why are still at the office?" Because of her he couldn't go home early, he had waited patiently to hear her come out but she didn't untill minutes ago, he followed her, watching her every move but she didn't seem to notice his presence. "I will be leaving now"she replied as she arranged the files and walked quickly to avoid Dylan. Dylan quietly walked behind her as if he was protecting a jewel, watching her enter a bus, he dailed a number " I'm ready". Dylan's driver arrived almost immediately and they drove off. At the Vin mansion, Delvin had been going through paperwork for two hours now when Dylan walked in, "Father, how would love to have a birthday party? he asked. "Aren't I too old for that? Delvin asked. "The last one, old man. Don't get too excited,he cockingly said. Delvin laughed hard, "Whatever you wish son". No matter how cold they were, to each other they were like brothers who were unbreakable, showing care or concern in their own way. "Did you really trick Adam? Delvin asked. "He had no weakness, so I used his strength" he picked up Delvin cup of tea and drank it. "Don't you Know how to make yours? Delvin said taking the cup away from Dylan. "Yours always taste better, I will go and rest. Good night Father" He said and left. Seated in a study room, Anabel stared at a name boldly written on her book. Going through the visitors list, she realised that Delvin didn't give an address, she picked up a knife and stabbed the paper on her clue board. The paper happen to be the second thing she had pasted on board along with his plate number. The clues were presenting themselves one by one to her untill she could seize her opportunity to kill Delvin. Standing in front of her wardrobe, she split her clothes two ways and raised up a small board. Behind the board was another room, she typed in the combination and a door opened. The room had all kind of costumes and disguises that Louis had used, this was the first time she had stepped in there after Louis died. As a kid, Louis had taught her Burglary, disguise and theft, she was a wolf in a sheep clothing waiting to be discovered. What her mother did, she didn't know, all she knew was that she was a agent, an agent could mean anything to a kid, not until she had grown up did she realise what her mom meant. Anabel picked up the one costume that her mom loved wearing every Halloween and hugged it. The weekend had passed by so quickly, and the streets of Rome were buzzing with cars and individuals heading for their daily job. A knock came at Anabel door, "come in" Alyssa walked in" we have a meeting now". Dylan stepped in with his employees waiting for him, He looked at them one by one slowly but his main focus was to look at Anabel, to avoid being noticed he had to think of a way. "We will be attending the birthday party of Mr Delvin this Friday, be sure to remember that as you are there, you represent the company in whatever you do. Hearing Delvin name, Anabel eyes lit up and her heart skipped, she immediately calmed her self down. This birthday invitation wasn't for everyone, Dylan had directly wanted to ask Anabel, but in order to avoid a rejection he asked everyone to come. Going on with other presentations, Anabel seemed to be lost in her thoughts, "Finally an opportunity had presented itself and she didn't even have to do much" she thought to her self. She would finally meet her parent's murderer face to face, that was a day she was so anxious to see. Dylan who had been staring at her for some time now, the expression on his face darkened, John who saw his boss facial expression couldn't help but be frightened thinking it had something to do with his presentation. He paused, expecting Dylan to say to something. Dylan realized the silence and looked at John before getting up to leave, reaching Anabel's seat, he stopped "Anabel, see me in my office" He didn't wait for her reaction as he walked out.
