CHAPTER 5

Manik without saying anything made her to sit in car, driving the car towards their home. .he is holding her hands...and she is still in shock. No one utter a single word.

Manik stopped car in front of her apartment..

Niti comes out from with car.. without saying anything..!! And went her flat without turning back, went her bed room and looking towards Manik room from the window

Someone tapped on shoulder turned back.

Niti( suprised ) Manik !!

Manik:- baby don't shout, can't you see i am standing in front of you.

Manik walked towards kitchen, Niti followed him

Niti:-arey! how could you come like this...more over your call me baby, I am not baby.

He opened the refrigerator ,and picked up the juice and handed to her

Manik( taken juice handed to Niti) I know your name, but Don't like your name so I am calling you baby instead of your name.

Niti :- seriously Mr. Malhotra , in which angle I'm looking like a baby to you.

Manik:- ( he looked her top to bottom ) don't you know about your height.

Niti:- seriously Manik, how can you comment on my. Height.

Manik:- I just asked whether you know about your height or not...come on not a word, I don’t want to listen any thing have this juice no tantrums.

Niti :- ( irritating voice..) maanniiikkkk!!( She stamped her leg) Manik:- ( closed his ears ) have you eaten any loud speaker in your childhood oh God why are you shouting like that ,my ears are so precious

Niti :- you are unbelievable.

Manik( fake smiled): really !!

Niti;- ?? monkey!

Manik( stunned voice) :- oh !! thank you very much!! Come finish this juice, right now

Niti ( scared little) drank juice in one go !!

Next minute she became unconsciousness, Manik protectively held her, and made her to laid down on bed.

And he noticed dairy, smiled faintly ...and he kept in same ,where it fallen.

Aryaman came to Niti's place as Manik dropped a message to come.

Aryaman checked her pulse and said “ she is fine Manik,need not to worry”

Manik sat beside her, he looking admiring her, held her hand

Tears are rolled from his eyes ...

Next morning:-

She looked around, .. meanwhile Ragini comes out from the kitchen.

Niti noticed dairy ...and immediately she hidden that dairy.

Ragini:- good morning Niti !!

Niti :- very good morning. .( She looked at her watch ) oh god !! college !!

Ragini :- relax;! Today no college. The college route is closed because of bridge collapse.

Niti lost in thoughts ,so many things are running in her brain “what happening with me, how I come to know about Manik , and about that bridge collapse ..!! More over , that Manik saying that he is don't like my name... ahhhhhh what’s wrong with me ! But he is not that much bad!!

She given pause to her thought and again started thinking “Niti how could you hug him ....what happening to you !! He is stranger to you ! Have you lost your sense ! When did he left my plat ...ahhh !

Ragini :- Niti !! Niitiii

Niti :- ah !!

Ragini :- where did you lost .

Niti :- nothing ! Give 10 minutes , I will take bath and come .

Ragini mobile started ringing..

Call conversation .

Ragini :- hello Arya .

Aryaman :- how is she !!

Ragini.:- she is fine!! But I think ..she is thinking about yesterday’s night .

Aryaman:- have you given medicines to her.

Ragini :- not yet...just I prepared juice and mixed medicines ..in that juice .

Aryaman :- take care of her, take her shopping or any movie so that you can could divert her mind, make sure that she should always be happy .

Ragini :- how is Manik.

Aryaman :- not bad !! As usual ...you know right .

Ragini :- hmm..

Ragini heard Niti foot steps..

Ragini :- Arya bye !! I will catch u later.

Ragini forcefully took Niti to movie and shopping ...until Niti became tired they spent entire day roaming enjoying and Ragini dropped Niti in late night..she directly went to her room crushed on bed .

Some thing strikes her mind, she takes the dairy which kept below the pillow and opened dairy to read !!

Dairy pages are tored ..and didn't find anything. .except last page .

Hai dairy ..

Today I am so excited and nervous also.I am going to India, to say that Manik and me loving each other, because my dad bring every day on phot ..so can't take this anymore even I discussed this with Manik. He also accepted to marry !! And today I packed every thing to go India..

Niti thought :-god that means Manik loved her, when they met first time..!?? How did Manik found her...how their love story started ..and did her parents accept her proposal !! Oh god where is she now ..who will answer my questions.

Morning :-

Manik and Aryaman are fighting with spoons like old film heroes in middle of the cooking they both are seriously doing war.

Niti went to Manik’s mansion, searching for them

She didn't find ...any one in living room...she walked towards kitchen ...as she listen their voice from kitchen.

By seeing their action, she started laughing crazily.

Aryaman and Manik are suprised when they seen Niti

Manik - what are you doing here..

Niti :- just like that ....

Aryaman :- come on Niti let's have breakfast..

Niti :- no it's okay Manik

She said Manik instead of Manik

Manik ignoring their conversation .when she taken her name .he looked at her.

Aryaman:- hello madam ji ...my name is not Manik it's Aryaman.

Niti looked here and there.. nervously.

Manik ( smiled but maintained seriousness )

Aryaman Trying to control his laugh said “okay no more jokes. on Niti. ,let's have breakfast...I am hungry ...all had their breakfast silently .

Manik silently noticing her by seeing her anyone comes to know easily ..she is feeling nervous...Manik signalled Aryaman ..to ask her reason to come here!!

Aryaman :- do you want to ask anything ..Niti .

Niti ( looking at Manik ) ;- hmm Manik can you say about Jaan.

Aryaman :- Niti !! Please can you drop this topic here.

Niti :- please don't say that Aryaman , I want to know...what happened to Jaanu fter going to india.

Aryaman :- please Niti .

Manik kept quiet all the time ...!!

Niti :- ( stammering ) did ..did she cheated on you .

Manik next minute walked towards and sat beside her, held her hand neither too tight not loose..

His eyes became so red..:- ( his eyes showing mixture of emotions pain unreadable motions ) :- don't ..!!

Don't you dare think about my Jaan ..!! She is my girl. She don't know any thing expect loving me, she loves my anger, frustration each hand every hard angle in me everything about me ...she is so pure. Her heart always beats for Manik Malhotra...!! That is forever

Niti :- what happened to her Manik.

Aryaman :- suicide..!! She jumped from building as her father forced her to do marriage with against her wish .

Manik tighten his grip in her hand.

The real man can’t spare a single word against his girl that is the respect he holds towards her and dam protective about herself respect irrespective of any condition.
