Today I am heading back to work and back to my life. I'd decided that despite what my current circumstances were, I was going to make the best out of them and, more importantly, I was not going to let Victor Bernardi dominate every minute of my life. My alarm clock rang at 6:30 am and I got up to get ready.
I pulled my window shade up and was in awe at the beautiful sight of the sun rising over the ocean water beyond. I wore my dark metallic gold purple skirt suit. The skirt was formed fitting and made it mid-thigh. The mid-length sleeve blazer had ruffles on the collar and to the back closing with two buttons on the front, accentuating my round hips.
