~Victor POV~
I have just come from work a little early to check on Bella. I found her where she had been for the last few days, tucked in bed. I walked up to the side of the bed, removing my jacket, taking off my shoes and socks. I slowly lifted the covers and slid up behind her. I wrapped my right arm around her mid-section and nuzzled my nose between her neck and shoulder. I knew she was awake, but she didn’t say a word as she instinctively pulled my arm between her breasts and cuddled me up tight against her.
“Uuum, you smell good,” I said as I took another deep sniff of her skin. It was a lavender fragrance from the body wash she used.
“Yes, I got up and took a shower and even tried getting dressed, but somehow I found my way back in here,” Bella said discouragingly.
