Victor and I had just conducted our last full team meeting for the Mayor’s Gala that is taking place tomorrow night. So far, everything has been on track for a great showing. Professionally, everything was going well and, to my delight, personally, Victor and I could not be any better. We could not keep our hands off each other. We decided to meet up in Victor’s office for our scheduled “meetings” that had been taking place two or three times a day while in the office. We had just run into Caden, who made sure to remind Victor about his meeting coming up in 40 minutes with the lawyers. Once we entered the office, Victor gently pushed me up against the door, closing it.
