I didn't want to go with Dean but I wanted to skip class and take a break even just for a while.
"Are you a kid?" I asked when he parked in front of a park and I could see people walking their dogs. There weren't a lot of people since it was a school day.
Dean chuckled. "Maybe." He said and I frowned at him.
We walked to the center of the park where the huge fountain was but it wasn't turned on. They usually turn it on every night with the lights and every weekend. People who were there were looking at us making me feel awkward. Who wouldn't, two guys walking in a park during a school day.
We took a seat on a bench and I leaned my back on the backrest and closed my eyes feeling the wind and the warmth of the sun under the shade of a tree. It has been a while since I paused for a while
