Jacob Smith is confused at first. He does not know what is happening. Jacob is confused. His head was hurting as they knocked him out after putting him in the van, and he tried to put up a fight. How did things go so wrong for him? He is tied up next to a still-drunk Sienna. She is crying, begging Harper Hudson for mercy. Why is Harper Hudson here? Can it be? Are the Hudsons the Casella family? Right under his nose all the time! It can not be! The Hudsons have been a respectable family in the film business for years. They are a big name in Hollywood, and Jennifer Hudson was their great-grandmother! She and Mabel Hudson are famous rock stars! Somehow, it makes sense. Jacob can not wait to be released to tell the world who the Casellas are! His bosses will be very impressed with his work and promote him. Then it dawns on Jacob. Sienna is begging for her life. These are the big bosses of the Italian Mafia, and for years, they got away with murder and other crimes. They will not reveal themselves to him if they plan to keep him alive! He is an FBI agent, and they probably know it. He knew the Mafia kept an eye on him after he arrested some Dons, but he never messed with the big shots. Has he gone too far this time? Jacob was stupid, and he knew it. He should have told his partner where he was going and who he was meeting.
"Ah, I see the FBI agent has joined us at last. Welcome back, special agent Smith," Harper says. Cole, Carley and Carol are standing next to her.
"Harper Hudson! What are you doing here? I was out having fun, and now I am tied up here. What is going on?" Jacob tries to pretend he does not know what is going on. Then, Harper walks over to him and pulls off his fake moustache and beard. It hurts, and Jacob screams out in pain.
"You know who I am, so call me Donna Casella and don't pretend to be innocent. We know what you are up to," Harper says. Harper knows they can not let the FBI agent escape. He is a threat to the Italian Mafia. Sienna talked too much and put her family in danger. She was about to spill the beans about the Casella family, and they could not allow it.
"Oh f**k! I swear, Donna Casella, I did not know who he was. I thought he was Oleg Volcov, a Russian, and that he was harmless," Sienna starts begging again. She knows her life and that of this FBI agent are not worth a dime at that moment.
"Shut up, Sienna! You have done enough harm for one night! Luckily we were watching all the Dons," Cole says. He is not lying. The Casellas were watching all the Dons and their families in town to make sure none of them planned anything they should not.
"Yeah, you and your parents are an embarrassment to the Italian Mafia. So now you are making me do something I do not want to," Harper says. But, of course, she is lying as she plans to get rid of Jacob Smith. He is a real pain in their butts, and it is time for him to go away. Besides, it will help Harper a lot once the other Dons and Donnas in the Italian Mafia find out Harper got rid of Jacob Smith. Harper wanted to get rid of Jacob Smith from the first day she learned about what he was doing. So she is pretending not to want to kill him.
"Please, have mercy. I have parents and siblings that will miss me. My partner knows where I went and will investigate if I turn up dead somewhere," Jacob lies. Harper smiles. She is not stupid. Jacob thinks he can lie his way out of this. Jacob thinks Harper is not really a killer and that her heart is soft.
"First of all, you have not seen your parents in years. Secondly, you are ashamed of them, and you break their hearts. Your siblings look after your parents, begging you to come home a million times. Third, you are dead to your parents after you refuse to return home, so they have already mourned you and will not miss you. Fourth, your siblings do not give a rat's ass about you. And last but not least, your partner does not care where you are, and you never tell him where you are going. They will not miss you for a long time as you like to go undercover and infiltrate the Mafia, so when they get your body, they will know you crossed paths with the wrong Mafia family and still be clueless about who it is, as you never tell your partner or anyone else what you are doing. You want all the credit and are not willing to share it. You are very ambitious. Such a shame you will not live to become the director of the FBI," Harper says.
"You are not heartless, Donna Casella. You can not kill me. I do not think you are a killer," Jacob confidently says.
"You underestimate me. You think you know me. My public image is that of a sweet, innocent, helpless woman. But, you know, we have to act in public," Harper says. Jacob looks into Harper's eyes, and he knows he is doomed. Her eyes are soulless and hard.
"I can not believe you will kill an innocent man just doing his job!" Jacob shouts. He is panicking. Jacob fears death, and he is not ready to die yet. But, first, he must make peace with his parents and beg them for their forgiveness. He is still young and can not die!
"Any last wishes? You know we can not let you go," Harper says. She knows Jacob is still young and wants to live, but he overstepped his boundaries and will have to pay for it.
"Please, do not kill me! I will not tell anyone your secret and never go after the Mafia again," Jacob begs, but Harper knows he is lying. Harper does feel sorry for him, but she also has to protect the Italian Mafia. Harper can not let someone go that knows too many of their secrets. The least she can do is to kill him fast. Harper knows that Jacob Smith is not a clean cop. She knows that he takes drugs and lets his dealers off the hook. Harper also knows he fakes his drug tests and has an affair with the nurses that test the agents when they have to do the tests in case they pick up on his tests that he is not clean. Jacob Smith also sells drugs on the side for an extra income, and he does not care who he sells them to. School children, university students and even other cops. She knows because he has been buying drugs from his dealers and selling them. Jayden and Jack are busy taking out the dealers. The Italian Mafia may do many illegal things in the states, but selling drugs is not one of them. Drugs and human trafficking are two things they do not get involved with, and they like to keep their children clean and safe from stuff like that. Harper looks at the young man that is crying his eyes out. She can no longer feel sorry for him, thinking about the many lives he has destroyed. So many young children die of overdoses every day, and it is all because of people like Jacob.
Everyone in the FBI knows that Jacob is using drugs, and Thomas Anderson, his partner, has tried to warn him many times about his drug use. Jacob laughed it off and told Thomas to prove it. Thomas looked into his partner's drug tests and soon discovered that Jacob was faking them and using the nurses to cover for him. Thomas told his superiors, and they launched an investigation into Jacob. They all know he is using, but until they can catch him red-handed, they can not fire or arrest him. They know he is dealing, and Thomas has a file on Jacob and his dealers. They are still investigating, but Jacob was clever and outsmarted the agents whenever they went after him. Someone was tipping him off, and the other agents knew it. They suspect the head of their apartment as Jacob is his blue-eyed boy. He made the FBI look good, and the head of their department was willing to overlook Jacob's little sins. Jacob caught a few Mafia Dons that made the FBI and his department look good. The Dons did not make it to the trail, though. Before they could talk, they were killed by the Mafia, and the FBI could never get anything from them about the Italian or Russian Mafias. That is another thing that makes Harper angry with Jacob. He made them kill their own. The Mafia wanted to eliminate the Dons. They got involved in drugs and human trafficking, putting the Mafia at risk.
However, Harper feels that Jacob made them kill the Dons that got involved. Jacob also used the Dons to get their drugs. He stole the drugs and sold them when he caught the Dons. Jacob knew where all their warehouses were, and the Dons trusted him. No one knows what became of the human trafficking victims, but Harper and her family know that Jacob sold them to the highest bidder and that he was enriching himself using his FBI badge. Jacob was not planning to leave the FBI, and the only reason he wanted to go higher up in the FBI and one day become the director was so that he could run his business smoother. The only ones standing in Jacob's and his friend's way were the Italian and Russian Mafias. So Harper, thinking of all Jacob's sins, does not feel sorry for him anymore. Harper nods to her men. They take Jacob's arm and inject him. At least he will go out high. They inject him with enough of his own drugs so he will overdose. Jacob knows what they are doing, and he cries and begs for them to spare his life, but Harper looks at him without blinking an eye. Sienna, seeing what Harper is doing to the FBI agents, starts crying as she does not know if she is following him or not.
"Don't worry, we do not like to kill our own, even if they are snitches," Harper says. So instead, she will let the Dons decide what Sienna's faith will be tonight. Jacob is starting to show signs of an overdose, and they take him to his apartment. Harper and the triplets make sure that they leave no clues. Jacob's breath is slowing down. His heart is giving in, and the drugs are evicting his brain. He starts to vomit as soon as they lay him down in his apartment on the couch. The men used gloves when they used the needle on Jacob and placed it in his hand. As soon as they are sure he is dead, they leave Jacob's apartment. Harper takes a few photos before they leave, as she will need the proof when they have the meeting later in the day. Harper's men deleted all security footage, and their hackers ensured that the security footage showed that Jacob had never left his apartment. Their hackers cleared out all the security cameras in and around Jacob's apartment, and they made sure that Jacob's private security cameras he was hiding all over his apartment did not show what happened. They were all turned off and never recorded that night. So there is no proof of foul play, and Jacob will become one more victim of overdosing on heroin.
The following night before the meeting, everyone knows that Harper got the pesty FBI agent and caught Sienna snitching, but she did not kill her. Don Agosti knows the faith of his granddaughter will be in the hands of the Dons and tries to get as many of his friends on his side to save his granddaughter's life. Dean knows that Harper must have planned all of this to make her look good and simultaneously take out the pesty agent and the Agosti family. Dean smiles.
"Nicely played, Donna Casella, nicely played," Dean thinks. He knows that Harper is clever and that he can never underestimate her. He would have done the same if he were in Harper's shoes. He hopes, for Harper's sake, that she has proof she took out the FBI agent as he would ask for evidence. Harper has photos and a video of Jacob Smith's last moments. No one has discovered his body yet, so the Dons do not know if the story of Harper taking out Jacob Smith, the pesty FBI agent, is true, but they will find out tonight at the Dons' meeting.
