A weight lifts off my heart as Dad blesses my union with Benson Doorson. A joyful smile spreads across my face, and at this moment of happiness, I embrace Benson and kiss him with genuine delight. I feel his arms wrap around my waist, and his soft, delicious lips return the quick kiss we share.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I exclaim to Dad with great excitement, causing laughter from both my parents and Benson.
Mom comes over, and we share a tender hug; I'm grateful for my parents' support.
