It has been a month since the incident in the woods with Maverick and the Beast. I still spend all my time with Mav training the pack during the day and with Ally at night. I have been avoiding the Beast at all costs. He has caused excruciating pain four more times over the month to the point that I passed out. Aurora is very hurt and whimpers a lot. I feel like a bad human to her because I am not good enough for our mate. The rest of the pack seems to have a lot of respect for me and love the new training. Beta Caleb tells us the pack has lost their respect for their Alpha but will still follow him for now. The Beast blames me for his pack's disrespect towards him.
Mav and I had just finished up the last of the day's training and were heading back to the packhouse.
