I can not believe it! I need to mark Madlena or find my second choice mate. My 20th birthday is soon damn it! I must do this or I will lose my Alpha's rank! I do not want to mark her. I want to mark only a female I love or someone that is worthy of being my Luna.
-Why did you not told me about this before?-I asked my dad with a mad tone in my voice.
- I thought you find your mate and mark her like your other family members did before.-My dad said before.
-Sir, if he does not want me, he can reject me.-I heard Madlena saying that to my father, and I frowned.
- Who said that I am going to officially reject you? -I asked her.
-What do you mean by that Christian? -Madlena asked me and it felt nice when she called me by my real name.

-Son, until your 20th birthday, you have one week left. At that time you must make a choice.-My dad said and I frowned.

I walked off to my room while ignoring other people's glares. I have to think a little if I want to make the right choice. This choice must be right because it is important for the pack's future. I sat down on the bed and started to think about what I am going to do. I need to make the right choice, and I know that I can not lose my alpha's rank because of not having a mate.

-I am not so sure.-I said to him.
-You can mark Madlena.-My wolf said to me.
-You know that she is too weak for being a pack Luna.-I said to him.
-I not asking to mark her for forever. When you find your second chance mate you will reject Madlena and you can be with that woman. You still be able to smell your second choice mate.-My wolf said and I thought for a moment.
-I can do that?-I asked my wolf.
-Of course you can.-My wolf said to me.
I am kinda happy that my wolf is smart and agrees to help me with my problems. I do not know what I would do without him. My wolf is my best friend, and he helps me with all kinds of problems. I am happy to have him as my friend. Right now I must think about what I am going to do in a week. I laid down on the bed and fell asleep.
AFTER A WEEK
AT MADLENA'S POW:
Today is Alpha Christian's 20th birthday. Everyone in a pack is excited. I never was to the alpha's birthdays before so I am quite curious about it. I helped maids to carry stuff and the chef to make food. He was so stubborn to not let me make any of the deserts for his birthday. He told me that alpha's father ordered them from a good bakery. He wants every single dish to be amazing quality. I understand his father, still, in my opinion, he does not have to spend that much money for one birthday. It is just a birthday party after all. I think he rather should buy him some kind of present. I kept helping them until his birthday party time finally arrived. I dressed up in my simplest dress. I had no much choice because I did not have much of the choice. I have like three sets of clothes.
I walked to the main hall and saw how about ten alpha's with their daughters and wives walked there to congratulate alpha, Christian. I saw their daughters and I knew that he rather would have one of them than me. They are so pretty and wearing such fancy clothes. I felt like a cinderella wearing such a simple oufit. I saw Christian walking down the stairs and almost drooled. He wearing a dark blue costume that more visible his masculine body and made him look even hotter. I kept staring at him until he walked one some stairs close to his dad and who started to talk a birthday speech.
AT CHRISTIAN'S POW:
I walked there and saw Madlena looking at me. So she came to this party after all. Everything is going as I have planned. I grinned and stood up close to my dad. I am sure this is going to be a huge surprise to everyone, but I do not care. I am not going to lose my rank because of Madlena. I do not care if I have to force her or not. I watched how my dad started to speak his speech, and I knew that after that all of them will know this.
- Today all of you came to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. I am happy that all of you decided to come. The gift table is in a corner of the room, and the food you will find on the table and drinks will be bought by the maids. I hope that all of you will have a nice time here.-My dad said and took a glass of champagne.- Happy birthday to you, Christian!
I also took another glass, and we both drink champagne like the other quests.
- Dad, I have to announce something important.-I said, and everyone got quiet.
I looked for Madlena and noticed that she is also close to the stage. Perfect.
-I want to announce that I finally have found my mate.-I said.
.-Who is she?-Leader of another pack asked me.
-How does she look like?-Another leader asked.
-What pack member she is?-Third leader asked.
I looked at them and saw how their daughters got pretty jealous looks on their faces. That looks pretty funny, to be honest.
-Madlena please come to me.-I said and watched how she walked close to me. I took her hand.
-C-christian?-She asked with a confused tone in her voice.
-This is Madlena, she is my mate.-I said and pulled her in to kiss.
I heard everyone clapping. Now nobody is going to take my alpha's rank from me. Now what is only left is to mark this girl.
