(The Maldives Has A Story To Tell)
I was intrigued with everything about Maldives. It is a place bubbling forth streams of exciting energy and activity. Its boom and surge gets in my blood; rather, I should say, in my mind.
The weather has a soothing effect. On clear nights I feel myself transported out of the world up to the celestial globe, spangled with refulgent twinkle stars. On clear days I find myself walking as in a dream through shining fields of white camomile.
From my room I can look out on the beach. Its changes are startling. It puts on fluctuating shades like veils of a million colors sometimes pale green, a blue of infinite tints; sometimes dark purple; sea blue sometimes.
