I walked into the sitting room hand in hand with Lance. Mum looked at our joined hands and frowned but she didn't say anything.
We greeted them and sat down. The Alpha was almost pressing a nervous looking Luna to his chest. Dad sat looking as rigid as an iron rod.
'Where is Dominus?' The Alpha asked
'I am here' Dominus answered as he came in along with Grandma Gina. He had obviously left Lucia in the room to sleep. I knew Lucia would not want to be in the meeting. She would prefer to rely on whatever she heard from us after the meeting.
I couldn't help but wish Dominus would mark her soon so that she would realise that her place should always be beside Dominus
