Maureen's POV
'Maureen,' Asher shouted my name before he flew at me and we both fell on the ground as an arrow flew over our heads.
Lance and Dominus immediately jumped into action as they ran towards the direction the arrow came from. As they ran towards the direction, another arrow flew right towards Lance and he threw it off with his sword.
Dominus became invisible at that point and the arrows kept coming for Lance aggressively. I quickly got up from the ground as I gazed after my mate in worry.
'Thank you Alpha,' I said to Asher and he simply nodded his acknowledgement.
The arrows stopped and Dominus appeared with his hand firmly holding a male wolf by his clothes.
We walked towards them quickly as Dominus made the male wolf kiss the ground in front of Lance.
