Leo couldn't wait until time had passed enough for him to go back to Marilyn's house.
After Marilyn came back home from seeing Beanie, she started to call Leo. He had caught her in a lie, something that he had never done to her before. Leo had supposedly never lied to Marilyn before.
Well, she had not yet found out that his entire life was a lie, as far as she was concerned. So she started to call him, hoping that he would pick up her call, and give her a chance to explain herself, but Leo ignored her.
'Of all times for him to show up at my house unannounced. Yet when I need him the most, he is never available. If this ain't some s**t,' Marilyn muttered angrily on one occasion when she called Leo, but he didn't pick up.
