Vee looked behind his shoulder, hoping he could catch a glimpse of Sun’s back, but before Pete explained to him what happened, Sun had already disappeared. He suddenly remembered words which Mork said earlier today when Pete stormed away in the same way as Sun right now. Mork was right. Pete and Sun acted almost identically, although the reasons behind their behavior differed.
When Vee thought about it deeper, a smile came to his face, leaving a confusion in Pete’s expression.
“Why are you smiling?” Pete wanted to know. Vee turned his gaze back to Pete, briefly shaking his head like there was nothing, while he stopped smiling. Pete scanned his reaction, eager to know what amused him, but when he looked in the same direction which Vee observed just a moment ago, he saw nothing.
