I was speechless. At least now I knew why I’d felt so relaxed. She was nearby. I longed to reach out and take her in my arms, just like I had in the dream. I stopped myself, realising that the interaction that we had just had with each other was inside my subconscious. She didn’t know about it, it wasn’t real. I was about to speak to ask her to let me help. When a thought hit me. She had just said my name! How did she know it? The only time that I’d ever said it to her was in that dream. Could it have been something more?
