Chapter 20We arrived at Dean Guild’s manor in the early morning hours, we had no idea what to expect, but still we did not want to give in just because of a little group of angels. As we pulled up to his home there were no guards there waiting for us at the gate. No one was there and it was wide open. This worried me a lot, wither or not I wanted to admit it. Kayley seemed excited by this prospect, but I was not completely open to the idea that he has let his guard go or down.
We drove in and parked the van by the entrance. I got out first expecting some sort of trouble, but instead we were met with a man in a suit and bow tie walking out the front door asking us if we were Kayley and Cameron. After I said we were he opened his eyes wider and looked me over.
