Rick wasn’t kidding when he said he loved food in general, but his experience with Indian food in particular was limited to visiting a place in Carytown for their lunch buffet. While he had liked what he ate, the problem was he had no clue what any of it was called. Fortunately Lemongrass had a detailed menu, perfect for ignorant American diners like himself. Each dish was listed by its Indian name, but beneath that was a detailed explanation. So they decided to split a plate of samosas as an appetizer, then Rick went with the tandoori chicken tikka while Marty ordered the malai kebob. Both entrees were served with a side of basmati rice and warm naan, which came with three different dipping sauces.
