Twyla “She’ll be out in ten minutes, Ms. Edmunds.” “Thank you.” I sit nervously waiting for Felicity to appear. They finally said she is somewhat lucid enough to visit. Ali wanted to come too but I asked her to wait. I don't want to overwhelm Felicity and she may be upset with Ali still for taking a break from their relationship. Knowing how draining it is to have a sister with mental health issues, I encouraged it. I couldn't take Willa growing up sometimes and I honestly cut her out so many times once I moved out. It never lasted. The guilt and the profession I chose were because of her. She dictated a lot of my life and I even ended up raising her grandchildren. At least one of them is her grandchild.
