Hunter’s POV
James brought some food for Joey and we questioned him while he ate. The poor thing was eating like someone would steal his food at any minute.
It makes me wonder what those fuckers had done to him and his mom. According Joey, they have more humans with them and more at their main base. All being used as slaves.
I shudder to think what they do to the woman. James then took Joey to his mom’s place and she agreed to keep him until we find his mom. I am not sure that we will find her but I didn’t voice my opinion.
He gave us some good information that he overheard. He and his mom where apparently the Beta of the pack’s slaves. I can’t wait to get my hands on that fucker.
