Mia’s POV
“Surprise asshole” Dante sneers from the bed. Eric looks at us in confusion and I smirk. “End this quickly Mia.” Hunter says over our link. I nod and rush Eric again with punches while Hunter shifts back to human form and unties Dante.
Eric meets me punch for punch and he isn’t a bad fighter. I catch him off guard with a round house kick that sends him flying against the wall. I attack again but, somehow, he is ready for me and throws an energy blast my way catching me off guard. I had to lower my shield to preserve energy, but now I have to put it up again.
