“Just relax babe, we need to fix this first, then I will explain.” She says, but her voice is coming from behind me. I turned my head to see Athena walking towards us and I frowned. Am I in a dream? That’s the only time I have seen her like this. “No Sweets, you are in her mind. Open your eyes, Maria,” Athena said.
“You already saw this happening, but you still came to help. That tells us that deep down you are still good. Don’t fight this.” Athena tells her and I see a lone tear leave her eye before it rolls down Maria’s cheek. “Fine, just get it over with, I have things to do.” She says and Athena steps forward. “Don’t let go of her Mia.” Athena tells me and I just nod.
I don’t know what’s going on, but I trust Athena fully and I know she will tell me when she is ready. A
