Hunter’s POV We are packed and ready to leave for Mia’s pack. An alpha does not like to leave his territory or his pack alone for too long. It doesn’t bother me though; my place is beside Mia and I will be wherever she is. I also feel better about leaving, knowing that the traitors have been dealt with. I hate taking a life, but sometimes it’s necessary. I know the pack is in good hands with James. Mia and I will eventually have to decide what we will do with the packs, although I have an idea of what I want to do. Mia is still over at Kay’s place saying goodbye to her and Joey. Kay was in her element, packing in all the baked goodies she made for our drive. I left to go back to the pack house to load our bags. When I enter the lobby, I see there are a lot of bags against the wall.
