“I am worried to leave you alone. Do you want me to stay with you for the night?” Caroline asked and I nodded.
She smiled and sat down next to me. She played with my hair, as a mother would do to her children. I sighed and relaxed.
“The alpha wasn’t always like this. Pack members weren’t afraid of his father like they are afraid of him. I was there from the moment Serafino was born, until now. That man was once full of life.” She said.
“What happened then?” I asked my focus was on her now.
