CYRENIA “Are you sure you’re up to this?” Myles asked. I slid a dagger into my boot, grateful I wasn’t wearing a dress any longer. They were too free, leaving me feeling exposed. “Yes. Stop asking me that.” “You’ve been off all day. It’s only natural for me to worry.” I felt Myles’ eyes on me, watching closely. I had barely talked to him after the morning incident.
