I plan to make the outcome of my stories better. I am also hoping to be inspired to update weekly or daily if necessary. I'm hoping that this writing camp would help me finish another story with better plot and character development. I'm sure I will learn a lot in this camp.

WEEK 1: INITIAL OUTLINE
Ten young people, age ranging from 13-21, from a sector are chosen by the Blue Flame to participate in the biyearly tournament made by the High Magus of the country.  1. Why does the High Magus create a tournament?     Higher beings in the magik world are lonesome. They tend to play a game that would pick their interest and use whatever and whomever at their disposal for their satisfaction. 2. How are these young people chosen?     The Blue Flame emits from the sky and chooses ten households in each sector. Each household shall present one youth from their house to represent their family in the tournament. 3. What happens in the tournament?     The game is played by both mage and non-mage young people across the country. Seven teams for seven sectors, but only one team or individual may win depending upon their situation. No killing in the arena, but a participant can be heavily injured from the game. Participant starts with a 5,000 power meter and 5,000 life meter, for mages; and 10,000 life meter for non-mages. Every spell casted or injury taken will be deducted from the power or life meter depending on the type of magic or spell given or injury conveyed. Once the meter reaches 0 (zero does not mean dead, but rather low energy or life) , that participant is out of the game. Teams versus teams, and only people or person from one team with active life and/or power meter can win the game.     The victor/s shall rise up one rank higher in the society. Higher rank means greater possibilities and opportunities to bring food on the table, and better future and security for their family.  Scene 1: Number 1, 2, and 3's home. The Blue Flame's first strike was at the high-point of Sector III, particularly at the Caddel's mansion. Not long after the strike, the head of the Caddel Family decided to enter his only daughter, Cornelia Caddel, to be their family's representative for this year's tournament. As Cornelia's father's word is law in their household, she had no choice but to become a participant. She is number 1. Number 2 came from the Sai Family. Unlike Cornelia, Silvius Sai volunteered himself to participate in the tournament. Long discussions were made as his older brother was supposedly their representative, but due to his headstrong personality, his father let him be the first participant in their family. Rossi Remington's family, on the other hand, has high hopes for him. As the third and last child of the family, he was the only one left to participate as both of his older brothers were previous victors of the prior games. His family rose from the ranks from low mids to rich. He is number 3 in the family, and number 3 in the games.  Scene 2: Number 4, 5, 6 and 7's home. Archer Alvarez, Number 4, is the first non-mage to be recruited by the Blue Flame in Sector III's participants. Even without magic, the Alvarez siblings are well trained in combat, and this year is their first time to participate in the games. Archer, being the first born, is the first to play in the tournament. Number 5 is an only child. Whilst being the only child, Blair Beadsworth's parents cannot stop her from participating in the tournament. Her selfish and hard-headed self will surely clash with someone in their team and inside the game. The happy-go-lucky child of the De Marcus' is Number 6. The family did not have any choice, because just like Blair, Daniel is an only child. His parents wouldn't stop whining and crying after the Blue Flame struck their house. They do not want to put their only child in danger because of some reckless game that the richest of the rich plays for their entertainment, but because they are from the lower mids, their voice can never be heard, so they have no choice but to let Daniel play.  The second non-mage in the team and number 7 is Everleigh Eason. Everleigh's family was rather happy to be chosen in this year's game. They wouldn't have any useless reasons to kick her out of the house. As bad as they were to Everleigh, the child wishes nothing but happiness and prosperity to her family that's why she agreed to participate even if she knows that her life will be on the line. Scene 3: Number 8, 9, 10's home. Kaela Klein almost lost her cool when her mother told her the 'good news': she is the number 8. Among her six siblings, which 3 were already invalid and/or heavily injured due to the prior games, she is the next older sibling to participate. She hates the game and her mother for volunteering them to join the nonsense tournament. Unlike the others, their house weren't struck by the Blue Flame, rather, her father's house. The main house of the family Klein was chosen, and as the bastard daughter of the head of the family, her life is at stake, just like her siblings before her. Their mother is at low rank, even though her father is one of the rich, because she is a bastard child, her rank remains with her mother, a low.  Number 9, the thief. Lazaro Lane was shocked to feel the grumbling in their tiny home. Never in his lowly life that he imagined their family will be chosen to become a participant. As unlucky as he can be, he has no choice but to go. This tournament is also an opportunity for him to save his sickly brother's life as he is the only family he got. Sienna Skye, the outsider, is number 10. Sienna's life has been distant from any other person after the death of her parents. She walks to school alone, have lunch alone, goes home alone, even has their house alone. Life in their rank is so poor and hard that everyone would do anything to have decent food and security in return. Until one night, she heard cries from her low neighbors. The only child of her neighbors died from illness, worse, their family has been chosen to participate in the games, and failure to do so will have an adverse effect to their family. As her neighbors were good to her, she made up her mind to participate in behalf of the bereaved family. It was the last thing she could do for the deceased Fatima Frias.
