Jake and I were given an indoor spot for our training, while sometimes I join the others.
It was how I managed to stay sane after losing memories of the first nineteen years of my life.
Nana believed it was for the better and sometimes I agreed with her.
But other times like this, when I felt a strong connection to something I heard or saw, I would wish I had remembered everything so I wouldn't be so lost like I was right now.
"Although it's just a rumor, they say the ruthless alpha is calling for a rematch of the fight they had four years ago," the other soldier said. Although my gaze was on Jake's movements, my whole being was in their conversation.
