Aurora's POV
"Damn it, I was supposed to spend just five minutes here, you're quite a good company, but I have to go now," she said as she kept glancing at the source of the light.
Her breathing was calm as if she was hesitating her movement, that was when I knew.
"I guess we didn't get caught."
"Yup," she said, popping the p.
"Are they the little friends you were talking about?" I asked and she nodded.
"You're smart but I still hate you," she offered me a smile before standing up, "take care, I've got some catching up to do with my friends," Delinda said and with that, she disappeared like she wasn't there before.
I smiled and wondered if we might have been friends in different circumstances.
