I hurriedly pulled myself out of the seat and rushed to catch up with him. The black SUV from earlier appeared out of nowhere and I darted my eyes up to his stoic expression. He didn’t say a word. The SUV parked and four men emerged from the vehicle, swiftly coming to our side in seconds. Right…guards. After my failed attempt to get him to say anything, I looked down at my shoes and quietly followed him into the elevator. I guess silence is bliss for now.
