Chapter 5
Rohan’s day at the coffee shop the following Monday was short and rather uneventful. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was when he tendered in his resignation. Even then, his manager didn’t have much of a reaction so it was rather anticlimactic. Not that he expected any different. After all, there were many people on the waiting list who wanted to work at the coffee shop. However, Rohan knew his afternoon would be anything but boring. It all started when Percy and Diego picked him up outside the coffee shop in the omega’s other car. It was much taller and slightly longer than a sport utility vehicle, and rather cuboid in shape.
“Come on, Ro,” Diego called out excitedly while sticking his head through the window and beckoning to Rohan. “Get in.”
