JACKSON'S POV I did it again. I knew that I had said those words out of anger without a second thought. She didn't have to say it to me before I knew my mistake. If my observations are right, Vera wouldn't fidget, snap, or say any word when she fears she might cry or lose it. She would rather remain silent so a tear wouldn't drop.
