The meeting with Michael had gone just as I had expected it to go and now that it was done, I could finally relax and breathe. I felt like everything had gone well and I could now breathe a sigh of relief. As a matter of fact, the meeting went way better than I could have ever expected it to. Michael had been a little resistant to what I was proposing in the beginning, but he finally saw things my way. I have to admit that although I went into the meeting feeling very hopeful about the outcome, I didn’t really expect him to give in so easily at the mention of me taking back the pack. I guess I was right that he loved the pack more than he claimed to love Anaiah.
