ANAIAH’S POV
I couldn’t believe all this was happening to me. I had been looking forward to Max coming to fetch me and taking me back home, but now that he was here I wasn’t very sure of how to feel about his presence. I wasn't sure if his being here was a good thing because it was now like a can of worms had been opened. A lot of secrets that I had never known had been revealed to me and it was odd that I didn't know all these things despite being a part of this pack. I guess the former alpha was much worse than I ever thought he was. How could he have kicked Max and his mother as if they were nothing? Now I could see why Michael was the way he was and I could finally understand why Max hated Michael this much. I felt sorry for Max even though I didn’t know the full story of what happene
