Rin slept after a long tiring day which he called as a simple day because he felt that the beasts with whom he fought weren't his match. However he had acknowledged one beast which was looking like a white tiger of his old world. It had black strips on it and was bigger and stronger than any other beasts. It's roar itself was enough to cause a tremor near its surroundings.
Rin fought the tiger like beast and defeated him. However, it took him 1 minute more than the time he took to defeat the other beasts. Also the beast was able to scratch Rin a bit in his left hand and that was the reason why Rin gave it another chance to become much more stronger and fight again the next day.
Time skip
It was soon the next day. Rin woke up as usual and went for his daily exercise that he followed with a proper routine. He stretched his hands, legs and the whole body, trying to relax all his muscles and make them energetic again to deal with a new day.
"Okay, now lets go and see if the tiger beast has come to fight as I had asked it to do!"
Rin after saying that moves to the deeper parts of the forest again and returns to the same place where he and the tiger like beast had fought earlier.
"It's not here yet? Did it run away?"
Rin was thinking about the beast which he gave a second chance to get stronger and left it to get much more powerful and had asked it to return again.
Rin waited for 1 hour and after the completion of the hour he stood up and shouted, "Hey beast! Are you afraid or what? Come out now! I want to fight you!!!"
His shout was no less than a roar of a dragon and it caused such a tremor that all the weaker beasts that were present in the mountain collapsed due to fear.
And then he waited for 2 more minutes and had such inhaled to shout again when the tiger beast whom he had given a second chance returned.
"Oh! So you are back? Good... I thought you ran away. Come on let's fight!!!"
The beast comes roaring and the fight starts when Rin also takes his stance.
After 5 minutes...
"Man... you really have become stronger than last time!! It was so exciting fighting you!"
Ron declared it loudly and after that he said," Why don't you become my familiar? You are much stronger than other beasts I have fought. You don't deserve to die here! Come with me"
The beast slowly lifted his head and looked towards Rin. Both made eyes contact and it was as if both could understand each other's hearts.
And then when Rin was about to speak up again, he heard a voice, "Sure, why not? From today onwards you are my master!"
"Huh!!? What the...!!!! You-you can speak?"
Rin flinched for a second and was surprised to a great extent as he hadn't met any beast who could speak till now.
"Yes master, I can speak! After all I am a Guardian Class beast!"
"Huh!!? Guardian Class?"
Ryk suddenly appeared from the shadows of Rin and said, "Master let me explain... "
And then he started saying about the classes of the beasts.
—> In this world there are beasts who have been classified under different Ranks/Classes.
—> The Classes are as followed: Null Ranked, F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, Guardian, Heavenly, Primal, Z.
—> The ranks are arranged form lowest to the highest! And the rarity of a beast also increases as it moves from Null to Z rank.
—> At the same time, the beasts harbored a core which had many uses. However it's main and most important use was to increase the output and efficiency of magic. Many weapons and armor also could be made using the cores mentioned and the higher the class of the beast, higher would be the grade of the core and much more would be its efficiency.
"And... that's how it is Master."
Ryk finishes his explanation about the classes of beasts which he had forgot to mention earlier.
"Hmm... okay I understand! So I just have to give you a name right? After that you will become my Familiar until death separates us right?"
The tiger beast to this replied, "Yes Master you are right. However, if you can have only one familiar in your whole life. Are you really willing to take me?"
Rin without thinking much replied, "Yes why not? You are surely a good friend who kept his promise of battle so of course you will be my familiar!"
The tiger beast was shocked when Rin told the word 'Friend' and then bowed his head again.
Then Rin said," Okay then... your name shall be... BYAKUSHKI"
"Huh!!!???????"
The tiger beast as well as Ryk said the same time and were quite shocked.
"Is something wrong?" Rin asked by looking at their expression.
To this Ryk replied," No Master nothing at all."
The tiger beast too accepted the name and then became his familiar and as soon as this happened a seal was engraved on Byakushki's Head.
And then Rin sits down and slowly leans near the tree and falls asleep without even uttering another word.
And while he slept Ryk thought in his mind, "How... is this even possible! Master named the tiger beast... I mean Byakushki as Byakushki!!!! It was his name and was given by celestial dragons... and if Master too gave the same name then does that mean Master is also a celestial being?"
—> If by chance a beast already has a name and when forming a contract it's master gives it the same name, the power, trust and the evolution rate of the beast as well as the master become threefold!!
"Have a good rest Master! I, Byakushki, The Guardian of the West, will always be by your side!!!!"
