Magic, Tiers And Teleportation

He had an evil look on his face which soon changed as soon as he heard a voice, "AS IF I'LL LET YOU DO THAT!""Huh?", the prince immediately turned back towards the direction of the voice when he found that someone was flying just above him.
"You...? Who are you?", the prince immediately asked out of surprise almost instantly.
"You don't even remember the person on whom you planned the explosion?", Rin said that while giving out a cold look to all of them who were standing there.
"Im-impossible! How can you survive that?"
Dragon bombs were specifically made in order to kill dragons of various nature. Till date there were very little to no failures in the usage of the bombs since no dragon was able to survive those so it was indeed astonishing to see Rin, who was misunderstood as dragon, flying in front of them.
"No dragon has ever survived that... what are you?" The head mage immediately asked it loudly.
"Pfftt! Hahahaha", Rin was laughing aloud on the question that the head mage had asked.
"W-why is he laughing?", they murmured and asked themselves when suddenly Rin stopped his laughter and looked at them with cold gazes again.
"You ignorant fools... can't you see that I am a human?"
Upon hearing this all of them were quite shocked. Some couldn't believe what they heard while others were looking here and there to know if it was true. More than that they thought that it was impossible for a human to grow that strong.
"A-are you f*****g kidding me? If you are a human then you should have been completely and definitely been turned into ashes by now!", the prince thought that Rin was taunting so he too shouted to show his dominance which was only half assed.
"So, you mean to say that if anyone survives those bombs, they cease to exist as humans and turn into dragons? Pffttt hahaha!", Rin started laughing again after hearing his useless speech.
He was for the first time after entering this world so thrilled and happy due to laughing after seeing his silliness.
"Hey old man...", Rin immediately called out to the head mage who was standing near the prince.
"Y-yes...?", he was already astonished and engulfed by fear due to which he answered reflexively.
"I guess you need to show your prince to a mental doctor! Ha ha ha!", he continued his laughter again after saying this.
It was clearly making the prince agitated due to which he wanted to kill Rin as soon as possible.
"Bastard...! All of you, attack him right away!!!"
There were many mages standing there who could be considered as a top level masters in their kingdom.
They all were 3 tier mages which was considered to be a high level since the maximum tier of magic that can be used in this world by the humans was only 6.
They couldn't use 7th tier magic which was reserved for fairies only. As for other races, the maximum limit given was 7th tier but there were a certain exceptions when they would cross that limit and use 8th tier magic too.
But there were totally 12 tiers of magic and thus it was weird for no one to be able to use it, at least that's what humans had been thinking.
However later they found out that there were certain boss monsters or calamity level beasts like [DEMON LORD] and such others who could use 9th and 10th tiers of magic as well.
DRAGONS were the only ones who could use all 12 tiers of magic without restrictions!
All the mages aimed at Rin and started chanting huge magic spells using almost all of their mana. No matter what happened they couldn't possibly stop since they knew the cruelty of the prince very well.
"Tsk, their magic is so weak and they are thinking of taking me down with just those puny tricks."
Rin was in the same place as earlier and didn't move even a single inch since he wanted to feel the power of the spells and that was why he was ready to take a direct hit from them.
'BOOM'
There was yet another huge explosion in the sky whose sonic wave made even the ground tremble.
"Hahaha! Hahaha! This is what happens when someone messes with me!"
The prince was laughing in a crazy manner and so were the others too. They thought that they had finally hit Rin who would be injured by now. However their thinking was entirely wrong.
"Are you all fools?", Rin said it loudly while being covered with the smoke due to the blast of fire.
"What!!!?"
"When a bomb that was powerful enough to kill a dragon which could use 11th and 12th tier spells wasn't effective against me then how the heck will your 3-4th tier spells affect me?"
All of them had their jaws dropped. They just stared at the blank space that was present in front of them.
"He... he is a monster!!!"
All the mages started to run away using agility magic but Rin didn't allow them to escape using [SHADOW PIN] magic.
Due to that magic they were bound to stay at the same place unless the magic was lifted as if their shadows had been pinned to the earth due to which they could neither escape nor make any unnecessary movements.
"Trash... all are trash!", he looked at them again with cold gazes.
"HEAD MAGE!!! IMMEDIATELY USE THE SCROLLS!", the prince suddenly shouted saying this to the head mage.
That seemed to be the last option they had left.
The ones who were trying to run away, only those people were pinned at the same place and rendered immobile. But the head mage could move easily so he immediately used a 6th tier treasure that would allow anything in the range of 6 meter radius to teleport to the pre-set location.
He immediately used the scroll and a large circle was formed.
"Huh? Where do you think you are going?"
Rin shot a small fire ball spell which was about to hit them when suddenly they disappeared even with the attack.
"Tsk... they escaped. Now I have to take care of these bastards!?"
