The Letter

Ambrose POV

My secretary and manager threw all the flowers and cards.

I took a seat and waited for them to complete their work.

They then stood in front of me.

"Welcome sir," My manager said.

"Thank you, what's your name???," I questioned him.

"Sir my name is Noel."

I then looked towards my hot secretary and asked her what her name was.

"What's your name??."

"My name is Lana."

"Okay lana and noel I want both of you to get your files along with the other employees files, I wanna have a look at them."

"Sir, your dad had recently checked our file."

"Yeah I am aware of that but he was your former boss now I am your boss so get the files and place it in front of me, I need to get some useless people who are not doing well in this company. Hurry get the files."

"Okay sir."

They both got out of my cabin to get the files.

Jeremiah then entered my cabin.

"Yes Jeremiah, tell me what is it??," I questioned him.

"Sir, I am here to tell you about something Important."

"Ohh yes Jeremiah it got out of my head. I was so irritated because of that girl that I forgot that you wanted to tell me something important."

"Yes sir."

"Come on tell me what important things you wanted to tell me but first keep a guard near my cabin door so that no one enters the room,I just told my manager and secretary to get some files so they will be here any moment."

"Sir you need not worry about that, I got it handled."

"So you kept someone out of my cabin??."

"Yes sir."

"Okay good, great job," I smiled at him because he always does his work well. I have to not tell him what to do next.

"One of the Billionaires has some sensitive information about you sir."

"What kind of information Jeremiah??."

"That information contains everything about you, the crimes that you committed, the guns that you got here and all the illegal business that can get you in serious trouble sir."

"That's impossible and if dad gets to know this he will get furious."

"He already knows sir, one of his spies told him all about this and he sent a letter to you."

"A letter??."

"Yeah a letter sir, he cannot use any electronic device because he doesn't want anyone to know where he is."

"Show me the letter Jeremiah."

He then handed me the letter, it was in an envelope.

I opened the letter and read what was written in it.

"You need to go there by yourself and destroy the information in that Billionaire's place, I have attached the address along with this letter. Take Jeremiah along with you but you will destroy it by yourself don't let Jeremiah do this Take him along with you just for help. I know soon you can do this, you are capable of doing anything."

The letter ended with this, the address was written at the bottom of the letter.

"What did your father say in the letter sir??," He questioned me.

"He said that I need to destroy the information which is in that Billionaire's place, he is trying to get me in trouble just to get revenge from my dad."

"Okay Sir, I will go there and destroy the evidence in his mansion."

"No Jeremiah, I need to go there alone and I will need you there just for help."

"No sir I will go there alone, you should stay here".

"Listen Jeremiah, I need to go there because I am trained to do this, my dad trained me before leaving. My dad knew that I had to face this kind of situation in the future. That is the reason why he taught me everything before leavingSo I know what to do next Jeremiah."

"Okay sir but I will be there to help you."

"Great, I need to get rid of that information and then I will teach that billionaire a lessonHow dare he collect information against me. He will be an example for others. Through him others will Know what would be the consequences of messing with the prince."

"Everyone is afraid of you sir."

"Not everyone Jeremiah there are some who are not afraid of meEspecially that girl and today I came across another girl who spoke rudely to me. I need to teach that girl a lesson too."

"It's not her fault sir, she didn't know who you were, that is the reason why she spoke to you in that way."

"I know, Jeremiah but I didn't like the way she spoke to me."

"I know sir she shouldn't have behaved like that with you but it's fine to forget just what happened because now you need to concentrate on your dad's company which is now yours and you need to also destroy the evidence in that Billionaire's place."

"Jeremiah I already have a plan in my head and I know what to do next."

"Okay sir."

After a few minutes the guard knocked at the door.

"What is it???," Jeremiah questioned him.

"Sir the manager and secretary are here they want to talk to Mr Ambrose."

"Tell him to them in," I told Jeremiah.

"Okay sir."

Jeremiah then left my cabin and after a few seconds both of them entered my cabin with the files in their hands.

"Place them on my table," I ordered both of them.

"Okay sir," They then placed the files on the table and stood aside.

I opened the files and began to check them carefully. I had to get the employee fired who was not doing or completing their work and assignment on time.

I placed a few files on a side who is gonna get fired.

The manager and the secretary were great in their work. I then looked at both of them.

"These are the files of the employee whom I am gonna fire, so tell them to resign because I don't want their reputation to get ruined. If they don't resign, that will force me to give them a resignation letter, so tell them in advance what I told you."

"Okay sir."

I then took out my laptop and began to work on it.

After two hours Jeremiah entered my cabin.

"Yeah tell what is it, Jeremiah??,"

"The businessmen are here for the meeting and they are waiting for you in the conference room."

"Okay fine I will be there in a few minutes, I am almost done with my work."

"Okay sir I am waiting for you outside your cabin".

I closed my laptop, adjusted my suit and got out of my cabin.

Jeremiah followed me towards the conference room.

When I entered the conference room all the business men stood and greeted me.

I greeted them back with a smile.

I took a seat and we started with the meeting.

I got two offers of partnership which was good for my company.

Casey POV

I was so angry, I apologized to that angry young man but he kept calling me names.

He was soo rude and stupid.

My coffee got wasted because of him, I was in a hurry and I dashed him by mistake but it was his mistake too, why was he in his own sweet world.

I rushed towards my office and saw that Calvin and Monica were waiting for me.

"What took you so long Casey??."

"There was a long queue for my favorite burger and coffee so I had to wait and while I headed towards the office I dashed a man. He was so rude and stupid, I apologized to him but he kept calling me name, he was so irritating."

"Okay fine don't get angryChillCool down Casey."

"My mood is now off because of him, they stupid donkey spoiled my good mood."

"Come on Casey, change your mood. We have a big task to do todayWe need to plan for that."

"Yeah you are right, I need to change my mood."

"Here, have this coffee I bought extraCalvin handed me a cup of coffee.

"Thank you so much Calvin, I seriously needed this."

"I know Casey=now have it."

I had the coffee which Calvin gave me and we began to do some planning.

"Okay so I have thought of something, first we need to hide our identity so we will be wearing a Black mask and black clothes."

"Okay fine and who will be going inside??," Calvin questioned me

"I will be going inside to get the information, and Monica will be in the car, Calvin you will be standing down near the mansion where no one will be able to notice you."

"How will you go up there, it's too dangerous."

"We need to take a risk, MonicaSo I will be climbing up to his window with the help of a rope. I am trained for this. You guys know how Much I love this."

"Yeah we knew Casey because you feel that this is an adventure right."

"Yeah you're are right CalvinI love doing this, I love taking risks."

"Please don't get killed."

"Don't worry Calvin none of us are gonna get killed because I have a back up plan."

"What's the back up plan??"

"I can't tell it now, when the right time comes I will let you know."

"What not now Casey??We need to know the backup plan so that we can act accordingly."

"No Calvin I can't tell you now, But don't worry, I will let you know soon."

I couldn't tell them that if anything goes wrong I will make them escape and I will put my life in danger, I will divert their minds till my friends escape. This is the only way to keep them safe.

"I hope you are not thinking anything stupid Casey."

"No I am notDon't worry, both of you."

"We are worried about you Casey Because you are the one who is gonna go up there."

"Don't worry about me I got this handled but we need to stick to our plan, I hope we don't get any obstacles in our way."

"Yeah I just hope we don't get any obstacles in our way and our plan works out well."

"Yes it will work out well, you don't need to worry," Monica said with a tensed look on her face

"When you are with us Casey we have to not worry about anything."

"You guys know that I will always be with you and I won't let anything happen to you."

"Yeah we know that Casey," Calvin said while holding my hands.

"Yes Casey we all know that and we won't let anything happen to you too," Monica gave me a tight hug and I hugged her back.

I was so lucky to have friends like them.

I promised myself no matter what happens today I am not gonna let anything happen to my friend, I will make sure that they are safe and they reach home safely.

"Come on now let's get back to work, we have some pending work let's complete it."

"Yeah you are right Casey I will get back to my seat orlese boss will fire us."

Calvin got back to his seat and Monica too.

I resumed my pending work, after a few minutes my manager Ryan headed towards me and he took a seat beside me.

"Heyy Casey, are you all ready for today??," He questioned me

"Yes we are but you shouldn't have involved my friends in this."

"I know Casey that you are worried about your friends but you need to understand that this is very dangerous and you cannot go there alone. That is the reason why I am sending you with your friends because I know that you will be safe with them."

"Ryan, I can protect myself. I don't need anyone's help, I cannot let my friend put their Life at risk for me, so that is the reason why I didn't want them to come along with me."
