Chapter Six We get home without incident. Bennett drops me off at my apartment. “Are you sure you’re okay now?” he asks me while we are sitting in the car. “Yeah, I’m okay now,” I say, glancing up at the sky which has cleared up. “Thanks. Sorry.” He grabs my hand and squeezes it. “You don’t have to be sorry. I completely understand why you’re scared. I am too. But Dad doesn’t know we went there.” “I just wish we’d found Aria.” “Me too. But we found out your dad has something to do with the house there. We found out that Aria was there but they moved somewhere else. And we found out Dad used to go there with Angel and she’s buried there.
