I stood in the dressing room, warm tears sliding down my cheeks as I tried so hard to keep it all together. I glanced down, seeing my now bandaged up knees as I let out a shuddering sigh.
I didn't want to be here anymore..my mom took me into the store after I fell and luckily the store clerk had a first aid kit. I was embarrassed though, seeing the way Heaven and her mom whispered about me..and to top it off, my mom ordered the wrong size dresses for me.
They were way too tight..she had smalls pulled for me when I was definitely a medium if not a large depending on the bust size.
So that wasn't helping my confidence as I shimmied into a lavender-colored dress. It had a low-cut v-neckline and went to my mid thighs..I looked like I was going to a club or something..
