Chapter 6

1303 Words
After making love under the moonlight, Joaquin and Francemia return to the castle, the horses to his stable, and he teleports them to their bedroom. He fills two champagne flutes. To my beautiful mate and our life together." Joaquin clinks his glass with hers. Francemia drinks a couple of sips of the champagne and picks up a chocolate-covered strawberry. She slides half of the strawberry inside his mouth, leans closer to him, and bites the other half of the strawberry, which leads to them kissing. When they release each other's lips, Joaquin gives her a peck on her lips and whispers "That was the most delicious strawberry I've ever had. Welcome home, my beautiful Sunshine." She ran her hand on the black and gold Bellevue Medallion bedspread on a bed that was twelve times the size of a double bed. “I love this bed. A lot of room for roaming and all the things we can do on it,” she winks at him. A handsome smile comes on Joaquin's face. “Sunshine, the things I’m going to do to you.” He runs into the bathroom behind her and swoops up a naked Francemia. She giggles, looking at him fully dressed. “We can’t have that.” “Sunshine, I’m loving your powers more and more,” he steps into the shower naked." He pins her against the wall on her stomach, kissing his way down her until he gets to her sexy apple bottom. Joaquin gently spreads her sexy cheeks and kisses each one before sliding his tongue inside her cinnamon ring. “Papa,” she moans, biting her bottom lips. The deeper he moves his tongue inside her the louder she moans. Joaquin massages her clit until she squirts. He slides his tongue out and kisses her left cheek before he stands up kissing her neck and slides his hard shaft inside her brown star. Joaquin grabs her hands and raises them over her head, thrusting her while they both are moaning until he fills her with his creamy jizz. **** After Francemia left, the Crypt Keeper, Gregoire, sent some of his men out to find out where Francemia was staying. He’s furious they came back with no information. He refuses to believe she’s left with the Lycan King. Melvil didn't want to give him his opinion, that would only put fire to the flames. “Why are you so quiet?” Gregoire looked at a picture he had taken of Francemia when she won the Kentucky Derby on her seventeenth birthday. “Don’t kill me. Just suppose she’s the Lycan King’s mate.” Melvil squinted his eyes, braced himself, and jumped when he heard a chair hitting the wall. “I knew I didn’t like that bastard the way he was dancing with her. Hell, no, I refuse to accept that the Moon Goddess would design my sweet innocent Cemia for that evil man’s mate. No, there is no way. Don’t ever repeat that bullshit.” Gregoire yells and kicks the window. Melvi looks at the broken window. “Remember this place is rented?” Gregoire's head snaps, “just pay for the damn damage. But you made a valuable point. Find out if that son of a b***h took Cemia to his f*****g castle. I don’t care if she’s his mate, she won’t be for long." He sits down. "Also, find out who those three Alphas were that couldn't take their eyes off the bastard and her. I want to know just who they were interested in. It better not be Cemia." "Well, my inquiring mind wants to know. When we find the three Alphas and if it is your crush or obsession they're interested in, are we going to kill them?" Melvil pulls the chair out of the wall. "Kill," Greogire, looking out the window toward Joaquin's castle, thinking of ways to kill the Lycan King if he had touched the woman he had loved from afar for years. Melvil left the room. "Hell if he keeps destroying s**t wherever we can't find Francemia or think a man is with her, we'll be broke or end up dead." **** Byron thought Helga would take the news of Ling and Dominio's death hard, but she didn't seem to be surprised He's in the backyard staring in the direction the rogues are in. So far, the rogues haven’t moved any closer to Kinghaven’s borderlines. Hagen, Riggins and some warriors went into neutral territory to confirm if Rocky was there or if he was one of the rogues that camped close to them. He still doesn’t want to bother Joaquin even if he and Francemia have returned to the castle. He knew they had returned because he saw the candles flickering through the windows. And that fact that he heard Romulus howling several times. Byron concludes that the Queen is a witch who hides her scent and maybe her friends. He's still unsure what the four women are. But he wonders what she changes them into when she puts them in a cage. “That’s some creepy s**t,” he mumbles. “What’s some creepy s**t,” Delilah walked beside him. Byron didn’t want her to know he was talking about her and her friends.” Just something I heard a while back and thought about. So tell me, where were you all staying before your friend and Joaquin mated?” “A cute two-story house on the northeast of your border.” She was looking around the empty yard. He’s looking at her confused because there aren't any houses there. Byron wants to question her about that but changes his mind. “I might as well. Delilah, I have never seen any houses on that side of the border. The only thing there are the woods and then the Gulf of Mexico. That's a few miles away after the woods end." “I know.” She nods, still looking around the yard. “Are we about to be attacked? I saw some rogues close by.” “You saw the rogues?” Byron folds his arms. Delilah looked at him. “Yes, I saw the rogues. About a hundred more were heading their way. I figured they had to be planning an attack because I’m sure they weren't coming here to congratulate the Lycan King for finding him his Queen. Because it hasn’t been announced yet.” She looks at him. “You look confused.” He nods, “That’s because I am. How did you get there? Are you a witch? Maybe a vampire? I know you’re not a shifter. What the hell are you?” “Nope, I'm not either one. I’m human. You sure do ask a lot of questions.” Delilah sat down on a swing looking in the opposite direction, trying to hold her laughter in. “I’m asking questions but not getting any answers." He thinks, then sits beside her. “Can you at least tell me what you’re doing outside this time of morning?” She smiles, “Sure. It’s my turn to patrol." “Patrol,” Byron mumbles, still looking confused. More confused than ever. He changes the subject to them going early in the morning to pick their things up. He almost fell out of the swing when Delilah said their things arrived while Francemia and Joaquin were out. She stands up “See you in a couple of hours.” Byron rubs his forehead, looking at her running toward the castle. “What the hell did the Queen bring here? All of those women are strange as hell. One seems to be horny all the time. Another one is a flake. And the two that I thought were normal. One of them doesn’t make sense when she’s talking."
