James and I are grounded for the weekend which I should have seen coming. We spent all of Saturday cleaning the house, being in charge of cooking, and no electronic devices. That didn't bother me at all because I love to snuggle up in bed with a good book. James on the other hand complained the whole day.
After finishing the chores, I took a shower and headed to my room. I didn't bother getting dressed; I was comfortable in my towel. I picked a mystery novel from my bookshelf and plopped into bed.
I don't know how long I've been reading, but it must have been awhile. My hair was almost completely dry and the sun was starting to set. I placed my book down when I heard something hit my bedroom window. I hope it wasn't a bird; I always feel bad for them when that happens.
I was shocked to see Lucas standing there. Is this boy trying to get my in trouble? I open the window and whisper yell, "What are you doing here?!"
Instead of answering he just asked me, "Can I come in?"
My brain tells me no, yet I nodded my head.
He climbs into my window and smirks.
"Angel, why do you tease me like this?"
"Huh?" Oh, right. I'm in my towel still.
I turn beet read.
"Turn around"
"Don't worry. I'm about to leave. I just wanted to see you real quick."
He walks slowly towards me and I feel like my legs are jelly.
Leaning in, he gives me a kiss on the cheek before climbing back out the window.
Lucas's POV
After dropping my Angel off at home, I came back and told everyone to leave my house. Party over. I was pissed that her friend kissed her. She is all I've been thinking about since I laid my eyes on her at school. Once everyone left, I took a shower and images of her in that dress popped in my mind. I instantly got hard and started stroking myself. Imagining it was her innocent mouth on me made me reach my release quickly.
I've been with many girls, but this one seemed different. It's like there's this invisible force pulling me to her. I wake up the next morning with a yearning to see Angel. What the f**k man. Get a hold of yourself. This isn't like me.I don't get feelings for anyone. My heart is a black hole. I decide to hop on my bike and go for a ride to rid these thoughts in my mind. I absentmindedly end up outside of her house. Ugh. I notice purple window curtains and assume that it's her bedroom. I pick up a small pebble and throw it at it. Yes, I was correct. I see her surprised face and climb up once she nods her head allowing me to.
I take one look at her and know I have to leave, quick. She's standing there in just a bath towel. It takes everything in me to not throw her on the bed and f**k her right here and now. I give her a kiss on the cheek before leaving.
Angelica's POV
Monday morning arrives and I have mix emotions about going to school. I feel excited to see Lucas, but nervous about seeing Emily. I haven't spoken to her since the party. I wake up on time and hitch a ride with James. We walk into school and part ways. I love my brother, but that boy is such a player. He already has girls drooling over him. I head to my locker and see Emily at it, looking nervous?
"A-Angie, I'm so sorry!" She stutters.
"It won't happen again, I promise. Can we still be friends?"
"Of course!" I smile at her, as she looks relieved from my words.
We give each other a hug and go about the day never speaking of the incident.
During lunch though, I sit with Emily and her friends. It feels like all eyes are on us as we eat.
"Em, is it just me or are people staring at us?"
"Umm.. you haven't been online, have you?"
"No, I was grounded this weekend. No electronics. Why?"
She pulls out her phone and I gasp at what she shows me. It's a picture of us kissing at the party. I'm so embarrassed.
"Don't worry about it. It will be old news by Friday." One of her friends, Hannah, says.
"I hope so."
"That was so hot though!" Another friend, Mark says.
Emily slaps him in the back of the head and says, "Enough. No more talking about this, okay?"
All her friends nod their heads and say okay.
Lunch was soon over and as I was heading to my next class, someone shoved me and knocked the books out of my hand.
"Watch where you're going, loser."
Emily appeared out of nowhere and shoved the girl against a locker. Giving her a punch in the ribs, making the girl drop all of her books now on to the floor.
"Apologize to my friend, now."
The girl gave my the death glare and gave a non sincere apology before walking back to her little group of friends.
"Are you okay, Angie?" Em asks as she helps me pick my belongings up.
"Yes. Who is that and why is she so mean?"
"Oh, that's Kelly. The school w***e. She's obsessed with Lucas, so she's probably jealous that she saw him being protective over you at the party."
Hearing another girl liking Lucas made my blood boil.
"Thanks for helping me."
"Anything for you."
"Speaking of Lucas, what's going on with you two?"
Just hearing his name makes me smile.
"Nothing, we're just friends"
"Mhmm"
"Oh, speak of the devil."
"Hello ladies, mind if I steal Angel for a moment?"
"Sure, I'll catch up to you later, Angie!"
"Do you have plans for tonight?"
"Uh, no? It's a Monday."
"So?"
"So, I don't go out on school nights."
"My, my. You really are a good girl, huh?"
"Yes."
"I'll see you tonight." He smirks as I head into my class.
Lucas's POV
I don't know why I asked her out tonight. I don't do dates. I can't allow an angel like her to get to close to me. It would destroy her if she knew the truth about me and for some reason, I don't want her to get hurt.
