Dear Crystals,

Happy new year, my lovely readers!

How is everyone doing? It's been a long time since I last uploaded a new story here. Let me apologize for that. Just know that I did not leave you. I am currently editing and revising my first fantasy story: Her King, His Slave. It's been a year or two(?) since I started writing it. It was on hiatus. Again, I want to apologize to those who are waiting for me to update it regularly. Don't worry, I don't abandon a book. It's beyond me. I always want to finish something that I started writing.

If you're a new reader of mine, I usually call my readers "Crystals" simply because I have this obsession with stones, plus, it sounds like my name, "Cristel".

I want to start this year 2023 with a new story under a genre that I am not confident writing (lol). Fantasy genre is not my forte. This book is the 2nd story that I write in the fantasy-fiction genre.

I hope you all like it!

Once A Princess, Now A Slave is a fiction story that strongly emphasizes the struggle of being a woman in a men-dominated society and how women's independence intimidates people. This story talks about love, rejection, jealousy, and how every decision affects the course of our lives.

I hope this story leaves a beautiful mark on your heart and may the product of my playful mind be engraved in you.
